SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
clear. ships within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed 
the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping: 5-8 business days from dispatch.
Total time from order to delivery: typically 7-11 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders over $25.
Standard shipping for orders under $25: $5.99.

FULFILMENT
Orders are fulfilled from our partner facility in the United States. 
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking 
information once your order leaves the warehouse.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, email contact@orvu.co.uk within 
7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, 
please check with neighbours and your local postal service first. If 
the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we'll work with the 
carrier to resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot 
re-route packages once shipped. Orders returned to sender due to 
incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs, or 
re-shipped at the customer's expense.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
