We stand behind every bottle of clear. If you're not satisfied with 
your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email contact@orvu.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. 
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You do not need to 
return the bottle — refunds are issued without requiring the product 
back.

EXCLUSIONS
Refunds are available on the first bottle only. Subscription orders 
beyond the first delivery are eligible for cancellation but not refund 
after shipment.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of 
delivery with a photo. We'll replace it free of charge.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by 
emailing us. Cancellations made before the next billing date will 
prevent further charges.
